Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on our website.

Processing times

  • Orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment is received.

  • Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or your item is made-to-order, processing may take a bit longer. In that case, we will update you by email.

Clear processing and shipping times are standard parts of ecommerce shipping policies.

Shipping times

Because many of our products are fulfilled by partner warehouses and dropshipping suppliers, shipping times can vary by destination. Typical shipping estimates:

  • United States: 7–15 business days after processing

  • Canada: 10–20 business days after processing

  • Other international destinations: 10–25 business days after processing

These are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may be affected by carrier delays, customs, or factors outside our control. It is common for small ecommerce and dropshipping stores to give estimated ranges instead of exact dates.

Shipping rates

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • From time to time we may offer free shipping promotions (for example, free shipping over a certain order amount). Any such offers will be clearly displayed on our website.

Being transparent about how shipping costs are calculated helps avoid confusion and charge disputes.

Order tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number, if tracking is available for your order.

  • Tracking information may take 24–72 hours to update after you receive the tracking number.

Explaining how and when tracking is provided is a common part of effective shipping policies.

Shipping destinations

  • We currently ship to addresses within the United States (and any other countries you decide to support—edit this list as needed).

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time (change this if you decide to allow them).

Policies often specify which regions are supported and whether P.O. boxes are allowed.

Customs, duties, and taxes (for international orders)

For international orders:

  • Your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees imposed by your country’s customs office.

  • These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Including a customs clause is recommended for stores that ship internationally.

Delays and lost packages

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer, or other circumstances beyond our control.

  • If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated time frame, please contact us and we will help you check the status with the carrier.

  • If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier but you have not received it, please first check with household members and neighbors, then contact the carrier. We will do our best to assist, but we cannot guarantee replacement or refund in these situations.

Wrong address

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

  • If you realize you entered an incorrect address, contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will do our best to update the address.

  • If the order has already been shipped, we may not be able to change the address, and refunds are not guaranteed.
